About Manly Multilingual Toastmasters
Manly Multilingual Toastmasters currently has a membership of approximately 25 people. We are a dynamic club working to help you develop & improve your communication & leadership skills and we provide special support for those who have English as a second language. We enjoy having fun during our meetings which gives our club a unique style compared to the many other Toastmasters Clubs in the world.
Our club chartered in November 2004 as the first Multilingual Toastmasters club in Australia. Manly Multilingual Toastmasters has been the winner the Presidents Distinguished Club Award in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
We are very proud to be the first and only Toastmasters club to have been a finalist in the True Local Business Awards in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Manly Multilingual Toastmasters Mission
To provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop and practice communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self confidence and personal growth.
Communication, Public Speaking and Leadership Skills
We provide communication, public speaking and leadership skills for English speaking people and for those who have English as a second language.
Toastmasters will help you overcome any fear of public speaking while learning skills that will allow you to become more successful in whatever path in life you have chosen.
Members are allocated speaking assignments in advance, each role provides different skills. The main benefits are confidence in communication and enhancing career and work presentations. Each agenda has approximately 20 speaking assignments.

We meet:1st Wednesday of every month At 6.45pm for 7pm start.
